It has been proposed to hold the working committee meeting of INDWF at Khadki, Pune on 08-07-2009 for one day to discuss the following agenda.

1. Condolence
2. Confirmation of the minutes of the last meeting
3. Progress of the minutes of the last meeting
4 . Action taken report by General Secretary
5. Organisational issues
6. Affiliation /Disaffiliation
7.VI CPC anomalies/Department Anomalies/Discrepancies
8.Discussion on VI CPC implementation orders
9.Donation and payment of Levy
10.Membership verification during 2009
11.Adoption of Resolutions
12.Any other points for discussion
13.Vote of thanks
14.National Anthem
The participants are requested to reach on 07-07-2009(AN) and send advance message about their return programme by fax. The meeting will be held for one day i.e. on 08-07-2009 from 09.30 AM onwards, you can plan to leave on 08-07-2009 after 10.00 PM or on 09-07-2009. Arrangements will be made by the hosts from 07-07-2009 (AN) to 09-07-2009 (FN).
The Accommodation and boarding facilities will be made for the invitees only, so only the invited persons to attend. If any other comes they have to make their own arrangements for accommodation and boarding facilties.
