I request the INDWF to take the issue of stenographers cadre disparity in payscale and promotional avenues between Central Sectt. Steno cadre and subordinate Steno cadre. This disparity should be removed by merging both the cadre into single cadre of Central Sectt Steno Cadre and renaming it as All India Steno Service like other Civil Services(All India Services) etc. This only can solve the problem of Steno cadre.
