    in last pay commision da was mergerd but in this commisiion after 50% cross da was not mergerd so automatically multiplication factor will be went up to 3.47 ..this is very good analysis but dekhna ye hai ki commission kya krti hai and NDA me jetali g and modi saheb kya karte hai jai hind jai bharat
