Dear Affiliates,

                             It has been decided by Indian National Defence Workers Federation in consultation with President Indian National Defence Workers Federation to conduct YOUTH CONFERENCE of Affiliated Unions.  After removal of ADRP (Annual Direct Recruitment Plan) and lifting of ban on Recruitment from 2009, thousands of employees were recruited in the Departments under         M of D and the Youth strength is increasing.  To organise the youth (Male & Female) and to enrol them in the unions, we have to organise and motivate them, to involve them in Trade Union Activities for their fullest participation.  Therefore, it was decided to create structure in the Federations and unions to form Youth Committee and Women Committees.

                            In order to bring them in the mainstream. It was decided to conduct “NATIONAL YOUTH CONVENTION” on 02.10.2013 at Ordnance Factory, Khamaria, Jabalpur for ONE day.

                            All the Unions are requested to send their delegates from the respective Unions with one senior leader and the total number of participants should be not more than 10 with an advanced instruction to the organiser/hosts about the number of participants, Date of Arrival, Train Number, Date of Departure etc so that the host union may be able to provide all the facilities and comforts.
